Responsibilities:

- Perform translation, review, and proofreading tasks, ensuring top-notch quality in customer-facing content.
- Define voice and tone, terminology, quality standards, and improvements for product and marketing content.
- Create and maintain style guides and terminology resources for the Belgium locale.
- Conduct language bug-fixing, final checks, and other language-related tasks.
- Provide feedback, counter-feedback, and arbitrations in case of quality disputes and customer complaints.
- Proactively engage in quality improvement initiatives, offering continuous evaluation and feedback during the production cycle.
- Investigate the root cause in case of quality issues and suggest improvement actions.
- Attend meetings with clients on a need basis to receive product training and transfer knowledge and feedback to the translation pools.
Requirements:
-
Native speaker of Polish, residing in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, or Turkey.
- University Degree in Translation & Interpreting or equivalent.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools.
- Good understanding of processes in the localization industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in localization in a global environment.
- Proactive and quality-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
