Job Profile for Landscape Supervisor - LF265273Our client, a Garden Design, Landscaping Company located in Essex and Kent are seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join their growing team. Our client's skilled team use only the very best plants and materials to ensure a professional, stunning appearance to their work.Our client transforms gardens from bare patches of earth to pristine lawns, bespoke shrubs, ornate trees and much more. They work on a range of Gardens and some commercial spaces delivering excellent projects to a high standard. Their services include but are not limited to Garden Design, Decking, Block Paving & Patio laying, Water Features & Fountains and Artificial Plants.The successful individual will have experience working on similar projects and services. You will hold a CSCS card, SSSTS as well as a full driving licence.Landscape Supervisor Position OverviewYou will be required to work in a team of Soft and hard landscapingSupervising small landscaping teamFollowing design plans and installing gardens covering soft landscapingProvide a wide range of landscaping services to commercial clients including major House Builders throughout Essex, Kent, and the Southeast.Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking to recruit conscientious, enthusiastic, and reliable supervisors and labourers.The job involves travel, working outside all year round and in all weathers.This position would suit an individual with team spirit, hardworking ethic and a 'Can do' attitude.You should show flexibility to undertake appropriate training to meet the requirements of the client and fulfil Health and Safety obligationsThere will manual lifting, digging and paving involvedMust be able to work under own initiative and hardworkingLandscape Supervisor Position RequirementsExperience working in a Landscape supervising position previouslyA minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Amenity landscape and HorticulturePractical experience and good knowledge of soft landscaping.CSCS card and SSSTSFull Driver's LicensePA1/PA6 preferable but not essentialLandscape Supervisor Position RemunerationCompetitive salary (D.O.E) £27k -£32kHoliday allowancePensionFurther benefits to be discussed at interview stageBennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
