We're seeking a visionary candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in representing and advising landowners on renewable energy developments.
This pivotal role involves advocating for landowners, facilitating land promotion, assessing offers, and negotiating terms with potential developers. Acting as a trusted advisor to landowners, representing their interests throughout the project lifecycle.
About the candidate?
Experience in negotiating renewable energy agreements or commercial leases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and mapping software, preferably GIS.
Strong report writing skills.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in communication across various mediums.
