Chance for a Land Surveying Project Manager to join an established Surveying practice for a candidate based in Greater London. The client is a Specialist Land, Utility and Measured Building consultancy who also do some setting out and monitoring.





The ideal candidate will have experience as either a Project Manager a motivated Senior Land Surveyor who is looking to take their career to the next level.





This a great chance for the right candidate to join a team of 20 plus surveyors who are looking to take their business to the next level over the next two years, doubling in size with strong growth plans.





The office is a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station and being an operational role, you would spend most of your time here with the occasional visit to sites.





Key Responsibilities:



Typical duties will include developing detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.





Determining resource allocation, including equipment and personnel. You will lead and manage the surveyors- monitoring progress and address any issues.





The role will have you serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates to clients on project status and developments. You will monitor project budget and track expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.





Requirements:




  • Previous UK Land Surveying experience
