Position: Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent
Location: Glasgow

Role Overview: As a Land Sourcing and Acquisitions Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in the mission to expand renewable energy initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential land parcels for renewable energy projects.
  • Engaging with landowners, negotiating land acquisitions, and securing agreements.
  • Conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land sourcing, acquisitions, or real estate within the renewables or energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and land use policies.
  • Ability to analyse data and assess site suitability for renewable energy projects.
