Role: Land & Planning Manager�

Location: Borough Green, Kent�

Salary: �60K- �70k + Package�

Our client is looking for an experienced land manager to work for a leading and expanding regional high end residential developer,�based near Borough Green, Kent.

The company have growth plans for the next 5 years, with the desire to double their current turnover by 2030.�Our client is genuinely proud of their product and the company that they have created.

The role:

• You will need to have a good understanding of the full land purchasing process, from identifying, taking through legals and completing the purchase.


• You will be required to purchase land and assist with achieving planning on these plots.


• Our client may consider someone from a land agent background but ideally will come from a developer background.�

To apply:

• Proven experience identifying and purchasing land for up to 100 homes.


• Working knowledge of preparing section 106 agreements


• Degree or further education within real estate
