Land Manager - Renewable Energy

Spencer Ogden is proud to exclusively partner with an international IPP of mixed-technology projects to support the recruitment and onboarding of a Land Manager to their remote working development team
Your role would be to identify and acquire sites suitable for the development of largescale renewable energy projects by negotiating agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships, predominantly across England.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate land parcels for renewable energy projects.

Negotiate land agreements and leases with stakeholders.
Conduct due diligence assessments on prospective sites.
Manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
Support project development activities.
Oversee ongoing land management and lease administration.
Qualifications:
Experience in land acquisition or real estate negotiations.
Experience in renewable energy.
Knowledge of UK land use regulations and environmental considerations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
