You will have a proven track record of dealing with Land, Commercial and Housing Associations.You will understand the intricacies of land and have a black book of clients and be able to pragmatically problem solve and have an aptitude for doing deals.Ensuring at all times our clients receive the highest level of service.Job Purpose:
* Increase our profile, brand and build the department.
* Confidently approach new clients and landowners to secure opportunities.
* Follow the systems and processes built at Bridges to ensure that you are playing your part in hitting ALL business objectives.
* To assist in growing our land offering and to allow us to thoroughly cover and increased geographic area.
* Help grow the turnover and profit by delivering our strategy.
* Ensure clients, contacts and the locals receive an appropriate, competent, and high level of service.
* Create more opportunities for our developer clients.
* Network with new clients and professional to create more group and department opportunities.
* To deliver a pipeline of New Homes opportunities generated from your land work to the group.Responsible For:
* Public perception of the company, boards, photos, marketing and networking.
* Delivering strategies and creating further land opportunities.
* Competency and composed decision making and pragmatic advice.
* Organising canvassing, touting and tout management utilising land insight and working to implement the strategy implemented but the head of department.
* Carry out your own and your teams' viewing appointments with the focus of securing business.
* Adhering to the company's expectations on compliance and service levels.
* Winning high levels of business personally and supporting your team
* Dealing with our HA clients to market, sell and grow our shared ownership offering. to include viewings, handovers and lender access. Taking a lead with the clients on a day to day basis.
* To provide warm/hot new homes leads to the head of New Homes.
