Land Buyer

I am looking for a Land Buyer with large scale residential experience to work for a leading housebuilder - Salary £55,000!!

The company -

You will be working for a leading developer, working on multiple large-scale projects in the Southeast at any given time. They describe themselves as a premium housebuilder and pride themselves in the quality and execution of their work. They have no shortage in work, with many new projects coming up, therefore they are looking for someone who wants to join them for the long run.

The role -

In this role you will be working alongside the Land Manager and will be expected to work on multiple projects they are currently working on and have coming up in the Sussex and Kent area. You will need to carry out the standard duties of a Land Buyer.. Our client is looking for someone with a stable career history and someone with experience working for leading developers, who is looking to develop their career.
