Labourer

We have an excellent opportunity for a Labourer to join a well-established manufacturer on a permanent basis to work regular days with 2pm finish on Fridays, with weekly pay, ongoing training, and progression opportunities available.
Our client is a leading manufacturer based in the Wakefield area; that over the last 12 months have gone through a period of growth and rapid modernisation.
Labourer Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties including sweeping and cleaning
• Usage of Overhead Crane (Advantageous but training will be given)
• Using several handheld and power tools
• Assisting other departments as required
• Ability to maintain high housekeeping levels

Labourer experience:

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Previous experience of working in an engineering environment is essential
• Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure

The ideal Labourer will have experience of working in an Engineering environment and can work in a fast-paced environment.
What is on offer to the Labourer:

• Hourly rate of �11.50 per hour
• Day shift Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at an uplifted rate
• Ongoing training and development
• 28 days Holiday (rising to 32 days with service)
