General Labourer - temp contract

Hourly rate negotiable

Build Recruitment are looking for a labourer to assist a property maintenance group on a temporary basis, starting 9th April for approx 4 weeks.

You will be assisting with damp and mould decorations in occupied properties. Daily duties will include assisting painting team with some basic painting and decorations, moving furniture, applying mould treatments and assisting with loft insulation installation.

You will need to have access to your own transport as you will be working in varying properties.

No CSCS needed but the successful candidate will be required to take a DBS check.

Hourly rate negotiable depending on pay method- will be PAYE, no CIS payments available.
