Labourer/ Factory Janitor

Our client is looking for a General Operative/ Factory Janitor to join their busy manufacturing environment for an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include keeping the factory floor area tidy and free from hazards, sorting recycling material and a variety of other manual tasks. Previous expeience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

This is a full time role and some flexibility can be offered around whether the hours are worked over over 4 days or 5 days.

This is a permanent opportunity for the right worker after 12 weeks.

Pay Rate is £11.74. 

Bonus available from day one (dependant upon plant targets):

Monthly bonus - Up to £300 per month
