We’re currently working with a company who are revolutionising cancer diagnostics with their innovative liquid biopsy technology to find Laboratory Technicians to join their team and help them to continue on their mission of making a difference in patients' lives.
Your Opportunity
As a Laboratory Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their lab. You'll support their scientific team and contribute to their mission of advancing cancer research and personalised medicine.
What You’ll Do
Maintain Lab Operations: Perform stock checks, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure the lab is always well-equipped.
Support the Team: Assist with the maintenance of Parsortix instruments, clean and distribute glassware, and prepare solutions for our scientists.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to quality and regulatory standards, ensuring all equipment and consumables are correctly labelled and maintained.
Handle Materials Safely: Manage hazardous materials and reagents in line with lab policies and procedures.
