Laboratory Technician - Medical Equipment

Due to growth they need to strengthen their lab team.Duties:Work on product validation activities including new and existing products.Work with the mechanical and electronic engineering development team.Work to improve the efficiency of validation testing and laboratory throughput.Take ownership of the testing and validation processThe products my client designs and manufactures are medical devices and therefore there will be exposure to medical device standards. It will be expected that the ideal candidate will have a level of understanding / some knowledge of ISO13485, ISO60601 and ISO14971.Applications are welcomed from recent life science or engineering graduates with a completed internship with a laboratory environment for electro-mechanical equipment or from none graduates with relevant experience.Ideal location is commutable to St Helens put a vehicle is required.The role is onsite 5 days per week.Benefits£25k to £30k basic25 days holidayCompany pensionFree onsite parking
