MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Laboratory Manager to join a busy site in Lincoln.  

Our client is a leading business within the agricultural and renewable energy industry, looking for a Laboratory Manager to join their team.

As the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overall running of a small laboratory ensuring full site compliance
• Supervising a team of laboratory staff and manage performance and training
• Conducting routine analysis and providing reports
• Carrying out chemical analysis of customer samples
• Ensuring onsite equipment is maintained
• Establish new laboratory procedures
• Developing new products in the lab 
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven experience in a laboratory/testing role  
• A chemical/science qualification is desirable
• Previous experience in an industrial or production environment is advantageous but not essential
• Managerial/supervisory experience is preferred, but senior lab technicians will also be considered for the role
• A full UK driving licence
