If so, this may be the role for you!Responsibilities: To routinely test raw materials, finished products, trial samples and investigational samples using analytical techniques.To organise the receipt & dispatch of samples, materials & deliveries.To ensure that the most up-to-date procedures are followed & that any deviations are reported appropriately.To follow the Laboratory Methods & SOPsAny other duties as required in support of the running of the regional QC department Experience Required: Further education in a science-based subjectWork experience in analytical testing in an Academic, Industrial or Commercial laboratoryExperience in Good Laboratory PracticesFully computer literate (Microsoft Office) Key Attributes:Plan & Organise Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.Ability to make processes, procedures and workflows more efficient through organisation. Problem Solving Deal with equipment failures which may adversely affect the timely delivery of laboratory analysis. Analytical Thinking Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes complyAnalyse information and evaluate results Flexibility Flexibility to meet changing business needs when requiredAbility to move from / be flexible with an initial plan to meet business needs.
