What will the role involve:
Developing an L&D strategy Developing a graduate scheme Reviewing the Leadership program Presenting a blended learning solution for the business Maintaining the LMS
Working with the business and being supported by HR
What experience do you need?
Previous experience in L&D
Ability to design, create and deliver content for training Knowledge of working with an LMS Management of Learning and Development projects Experience of managing training programmes with internal and external partners. Experience in blended learning approaches. Creative problem solver
