Do you want to collaborate with our leaders globally to ensure our Product & Tech teams build the best products?We are recruiting an L&D Business Partner to actively promote and deliver corporate learning initiatives to our Product teams globally. By close partnering with leaders, HRD and PBP’s this role will bring a greater understanding to the function or region of the critical capabilities needed to locally drive performance and therefore deliver on strategy.What’s in it for you?The chance to carry out very meaningful L&D work in a fast paced, dynamic and multinational business. Key Responsibilities
Summary of your day-to-day?•Build strong relationships with regional/functional leaders and provide coaching and support•Build innovative ways to promote and increase learning•Support Apprentice and or Graduate development programs•Own regional or functional reporting and ensure the evaluation of investment and the impact on performance•Where required, develop mentoring and coaching programs to support regional or functional development•Work with the Corporate Learning Team to build and deploy career development pathways that facilitate progression and talent developmentMinimum Qualifications•6+ years’ experience in an L&D team•Excellent stakeholder management skills•Be assertive, conscientious and ambitious•Having collaborated with Product/Tech & Early Careers teams would be beneficial•Good organisation and project management skills•Be data literate and comfortable with reportingDig deeper about who we are:Who is Sage: Life at Sage: Our Values & Behaviors: How we make a difference: Sage Business Cloud - SaaS for Every Business: Your benefitsBenefits video – •Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage•Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year•On-going training and professional development•Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation•Flexible work patterns and hybrid working#LI-CW1
