Hybrid: 2 days from home, 3 days office-basedSalary: £27,000Job Type: Temporary, Full-time We are seeking a KYC Analyst to join our client based in West Swindon, responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers. The role is crucial in preventing the company from engaging with entities involved in money laundering,
financial terrorism, or other activities that could harm their reputation or financial standing. Day-to-day of the role:
Adhere to identified SLAs across all channels to ensure timely and efficient customer onboarding and recertification.Conduct risk assessments for new Arval customers and recertify existing ones to confirm legitimacy and compliance with Arval’s policies.Maintain a keen eye for detail and exercise self-confidence in decision-making.Analyse data and research reliable sources such as Companies House to complete risk portfolios accurately.Escalate any issues that may prevent a clear understanding of the customer’s background.Manage daily workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet agreed timescales.Perform vigilance checks using BNPP tools to ensure no customer or individual is onboarded with PEP or sanctions against them.Question and verify information to ensure business is conducted with legitimate companies only. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum grade C in Maths & English.Organised and logical thinker.Confident in decision-making.Analytical mindset.Good communication skills, both oral and written.Computer literate, proficient in Outlook and Excel.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
