KYC Analyst (Hybrid Oxford)We are
currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in
Oxford, UK, as a KYC Analyst. In this role, you will be an integral part of our
Trust and Safety Team, responsible for ensuring the authenticity and security
of all supplier sign-ups and bookings for our experiences platform. The ideal
candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and high-quality
research skills, along with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take
ownership of and resolve issues as they arise. Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to manage time
effectively and remain calm under pressure. This position offers a competitive
compensation of £13 per hour and presents an excellent opportunity for someone
who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is eager to make a
difference. Candidates with prior experience in customer service or research
roles are preferred, and fluency in a second language is desirable but not
