About the role

We are currently recruiting for Supply Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to work on a flexible basis in Telford and surrounding areas. Whether you're seeking day-to-day assignments or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities:


  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student success.
  • Following school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression in students' learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS3/4 Supply Teacher you will:



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Previous experience teaching in UK schools, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings and with diverse student populations.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).


Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
