The Role:

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one support to students with varying abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Assisting with the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities and resources.

Supporting the teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Conducting small group activities to reinforce learning objectives and promote collaborative learning.

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teacher to inform future planning.

Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a supportive learning community.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 setting.

A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting the diverse needs of students.
