Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Hours: 08:30-16:00 Full time (Term time only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute engaging, adaptable lessons aligned with the national curriculum to meet diverse student needs.


• Cultivate an inclusove and�supportive learning environment fostering student confidence and participation.


• Conduct ongoing assessment and progress monitoring, delivering constructive feedback and guidance to students.


• Collaborate with colleagues to design comprehensive educational plans, resources, and assessment materials.


• Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a conductive learning atmosphere.


• Maintain open lines of communication woth students, parents, and colleagues to nurture positive relationships and enhance learning outcomes.


• Actively engage in professional development activities, including staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification recognised in the UK.


• Proven experience teaching in primary education setting, preferablt spanning multiple key stages.


• Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and proficiency in innovative teaching methodologies.


• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.�
