About the Role:

As a KS1 Teacher at this one form entry school, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. You'll deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, foster a love for learning, and lay the foundation for future academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.
• Uphold the school's ethos and values, promoting a culture of excellence and high expectations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
