Salary: Fringe of London (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience



KS1 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead KS1 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

  • Collaborate to create engaging curriculum catering to all learners' needs.

  • Support KS1 teachers' growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

  • Foster positive relationships, encouraging collaboration for education.



KS1 Phase Lead Requirements:




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.

  • Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment practices.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
