Responsibilities:
You will be expected to spearhead our efforts to maintain and enhance our knowledge platform.
Your role will focus on promoting efficient knowledge sharing and documentation with our clients and across our organization by ensuring we have a cohesive knowledge management platform.
Leveraging your expertise in software documentation, SaaS applications, and Learning Management Systems.
As a team lead you will be independently steering a small team which currently includes a Knowledge Management Specialist and a Technical Writer.
Requirements:
Leadership in Knowledge Management with skills in Software Documentation, SaaS, and Learning Management Systems.
Strong background in training delivery and content creation.
Must appreciate the complexity and challenge of eliciting information about intricate systems from diverse sources.
Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration.
Must possess the ability to establish trust and foster open dialogue.
Advance communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capability to work remotely and manage a global team.
Location:Remote but they have an office in London if needed
Salary:The company are willing to pay up to £50,000 for the right candidate.
