You’ll very quickly feel like one of the team.Your Role in Our MissionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need an experienced Knowledge Base Manager. Joining initially on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility to become a permanent team member.As the Knowledge Base Manager, you will manage and deliver the transformation of our knowledge base system. An expert in architecting global Knowledge bases for SAAS/technology products, you will create a global centre of excellence for knowledge of our platform, product and integrations for our employees, international partners, clients and stakeholders alike.

Project manage the transformation of our existing knowledge base, known as the ‘Success Portal’, into an outstanding global knowledge base for clients, internal users, and international partnersPM the launch of our knowledge base system in one new market, using the learnings to set up the framework for global rollout to other marketsWork with Zendesk to implement and build the system to the specified requirementsProject manage the review, development, and relaunch of the knowledge base system, working with stakeholders across the businessDefine the requirements and features for an outstanding knowledge base for internal collaborators, clients, and end-usersDevelop an improved information architecture and coordinate content development for knowledge related to our platform and partners - revise and restructure the current content in the knowledge base to ensure accuracy, relevance, and coherence as identified in the knowledge auditIdentify knowledge gaps and lead the development of engaging content to fill knowledge and education gaps across multiple product and feature setsBuild and lead all aspects of the process for global knowledge-base rolloutBuild the framework for ongoing success for review and maintenance of the systemSet the framework and standard for handling the global and local knowledge base(s)Set a training plan and framework for BAU management of the systemWork with stakeholders to keep them up-to-date and engaged in the projectDevelop measures of success and own reporting to the businessRecruit and lead a team of 2 or 3 content writers/developers to support the project deliverables SkillsProject Management and experience working with global and senior-level collaboratorsExperience of successfully re-architecting knowledge basesFluency with Zendesk Guide software or equivalent Knowledge Base System with transferable skills and knowledgeAn understanding of best practice in knowledge management and content for technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working in a SAAS environment/with SAAS productsAbility to work cohesively with technical and non-technical team membersThe Interview Process The Interview Process: Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team Virtual or in-person interview with the Director of Product Operations & COO At Reward Gateway, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
