Job Description As a Kitchen Team leader, you will
Prepare, cook and present food which meets specs and customer expectations.
Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen tohelp to guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Qualifications Essential :
Experience of working in vibrant retail environment
Experience of managing/leading and developing a team
Advanced knowledge of food production and food safety
Experience from food service business
English communication skills
