The�Role:
Leading a small team but dedicated team, you will be delivering some of the nations favourite pub classics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering brand standards across a set menu
- Training and developing your team
- Reviewing and meeting budgets in terms of GP and labour costs
- Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times
- Inspiring and motivating junior members of the�team
