Elevate your career by joining our independently owned hotels as a Kitchen Graduate, and you will start your progression toward becoming a valuable and expert member of the Kitchen team!
The 12-month Graduate program will offer participants valuable exposure to all the kitchen areas in the hotel.
All candidates who successfully advance in the selection process will be invited to participate in an assessment day.
Key Highlights of the Graduate Programme:
Become a member of at least one task force and attend all meetings relevant to your program (such as P&L, forecast, revenue, etc) and work on individual projects,
Attending workshops specifically designed for Graduates attending this program,
Understanding of the Team Structure & Roles,
Breakfast section : learning and understanding of the breakfast service standards, both kitchen and FOH. Make sure the breakfast buffet is always ready on time, clean, and up to standard. Make sure all the food items are constantly refilled and fresh. Prepare breakfast MEP daily. Attend the compulsory training.
Banqueting Kitchen responsibilities and tasks
Pastry Kitchen : gaining knowledge and understanding of afternoon tea, pastries / banqueting desserts / a la carte desserts prep. Assist chefs in day to day MEP to make sure all items are ready on time and up to standard.
Requirements:
Genuine passion and hunger to develop within the luxury hospitality industry.
Proficiency in the English language.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Already studying a culinary programme or needs to do a program to complete a culinary qualification.
