Apply now for the position of Kit Assembly, Printshop & Customer Services Supervisor , and you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 11 direct reports involved in the final finishing and packing of kits, prior to shipping and ensuring on time delivery.
Your Role:
You will be proactively driving the team to maximise output and continuous improvement using effective resource management.
You will be leading continuous improvement projects, including but not limited to CAPA, process control and EHS action closure.
You will be responsible for your teams development, reward, feedback, adherence to process and effective management through HR Policies.
You will be leading root cause analysis on reported customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
