00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.Co-ordinating internal and external non-conformances / complaints to ensure timely root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
Ensure Cost of Quality KPIs are monitored and necessary corrective actions are taken to achieve targets.
Assist in the development of all employees in respect of quality management systems / standards & customer requirements.
Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
Experience in fire protection, acoustic/thermal insulation materials, and facades is beneficial but not essential
Strong technical skills and experience in the relevant field.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
