Kickstart Digital Analyst – Job summary:
– Established in 1978, Aculab has grown into a multinational company, selling into over 40 countries.
– Aculab offers a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) for voice, SMS and fax processing. Other products include voice biometrics systems; telephony gateways; media processing systems, and signalling software stacks.
– We are looking for Digital Analysts to work remotely with our Engineering, Marketing and Sales departments on a variety of tasks/projects.
– During the course of the employment, successful candidates will be involved in the documentation of process and code, along with publicising Aculab products to developers and technical managers on social media groups. Other
duties will include metadata creation and analysis of audio recordings.
– Whilst undertaking this role successful candidates will gain experience and familiarity with the ideation and production of digital marketing content, including social media.
Kickstart Digital Analyst – Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
– A Digital Analyst is expected to hold a higher qualification (A level or above) and is desired to possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
– Alongside this, successful candidates will need to be reliable, a team player and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
– Due to the likelihood of successful candidates being required to work most of their placement from home, candidates need to possess an ability to work independently on tasks. This will need to be paired with good time keeping
skills and an attitude/willingness to learn.
– Successful candidates are desired to have experience with a computer programming language, and be familiar with the use of internet protocols.
– Experience in sales, marketing or administration is also very desirable, but not compulsory.
– As this role is being offered remotely, to take on this job, candidates are required to have access to a reliable internet connection and preferably their own computer
