The School and Role

This ‘Good’ two-form entry primary school, which is based near Ashington, is looking to appoint a full-time Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to provide general support and small group interventions across Year 3 and Year 4, starting as soon as possible.  

This large and modern primary school has excellent resources and facilities for students. Pupils make good progress and enjoy learning alongside their peers.

Requirements

The desired Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant will have:


  • Experience of working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
