Key Stage 2 Teacher

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a school on the outskirts of Redditch. The school are looking for an experienced Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher (LKS2) to join the school and work on a full-time basis in a mixed Year 3/4 class. Ideally the school are looking for an experienced teacher with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to differentiate well.
The class is mixed Year 3/4, with higher than average Special Educational Needs but there is Teaching Assistant support available.
The school is situated on the outskirts of Redditch and is currently 2-form-entry so shared planning responsibilities are available alongside the other class teacher.
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher you will be expected to take on full class teaching responsibilities which include planning, marking and assessment as well as delivering lesson and working in partnership with the teaching assistant.
This Key Stage 2 Teacher position is due to start at the end of April and continue until at least the end of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:
· QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Strong ECT's are considered
· Experience Teaching in Primary Schools
· Ability to effectively manage behaviour
· To be able to work in partnership with class TA and other staff members
· Able to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
