As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to primary school students within the designated age range. Your primary focus will be on planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of young learners. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes educational development and well-being.Job Duties:
Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculumAssess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parentsCreate a supportive and inclusive learning environmentCollaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practisesParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:
Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 studentsKnowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the national curriculumExcellent classroom management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
