Key Responsibilities:
Assist Classroom Teachers: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of KS1 students.
Individual Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance with their learning or development.
Promote Inclusion: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: While experience is preferred, we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with young children.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively supporting both students and staff members.
Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to working with children, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide encouragement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
