£600 - £1190 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

On behalf of a school in Sunderland, Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher. The KS1 Teacher will be working in a Year 2 class, taking on all of the responsibilities of the class teacher including planning and assessment, the school are looking for someone who will become a part of the KS1 team. This school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted inspection and believes strongly in the school community working together to support each and every pupil to achieve their best.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of teaching phonics.
