The role/ Responsibilities:

• Design, organise, and present dynamic and personalised lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Establish an inclusive and supportive atmosphere conducive to active engagement, fostering student development
• Evaluate student advancement and offer valuable feedback to bolster their educational progress and cooperate with fellow educators to craft and execute impactful teaching methods and materials
• Nurture meaningful connections with students, families, and peers, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required
• Execute strategies for managing behavior effectively and cultivating a positive classroom environment
• Uphold the school's values and policies, promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion

Ideal Candidate:

• Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
• Prior experience of working in a Primary school, preferably in Key Stage 1
• Passionate about teaching and has a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Excellent communication skills
• Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
• Passionate and enthusiastic about teaching
• Ability to commute to and from Princes Risborough
