Our client is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
The suitable candidate will be working as part of our clientsSurvey & Robotics team, andwill act as the main point of contact betweenclients and internal teams, maintaining & upholding a fantastic service and client relationship,
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing key client relationships, building rapport & understanding thewants and needs
Be the focal point of contact forclients, working toidentify and producesolutions for any issues
Strong communication with the workshop and technical support teams ensuring ordered products meet quality standards and run to schedule. Also providing quality aftercare
Ensuring that the client is aware of new developments within the company, updating on the latest equipment and displaying how they will help
Skills & Experience
Experience and knowledge with subsea survey equipment is essential
