Role: Key Account ManagerLocation: Greater London/South EastBrand: Premier Guarantee / LABC WarrantyPermanentRole Purpose:Since 2007, LABC Warranty has worked in partnership the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide structural warranties. Our unique partnership with LABC means that together we can provide building control and warranties throughout England and Wales. Curstomer growth and retention is extremely important to us, and as such, we are now seeking a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and support the delivery of service excellence to our customers.The role will report directly into the Regional Director, and you will support in maintaining client needs and work closely with to obtain new business and provide support from quote through to completion. The ideal candidate will be London based, and will primarily work remotely when not attending client meetings.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersDevelop strong relationships with customers, key business executives and stakeholders and preparation of sales reports.Accurate reporting of account statusLiaise with cross-functional teams internally to ensure a consistent customer experience.Collaborate with LABC sales team to achieve KPIs while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services long term.Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.Assist with challengingclient requests or issue escalations where needed.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Skills and Experience:Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar relevant role.Experience in successfully generating new business.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attentiont to detail.Solif understanding and expereince of CRM Softwares and MS Office.Experience in delivering client focussed solutions to customer needs and requirements.Benefits: A snippet of benefits offered:Annual bonusPrivate Medical InsuranceEnhanced Maternity/Paternity leave (after 2 years service)25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service
