The Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced key account manager to join our growing client based in Hyde. This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business with so many fantastic clients across the north west. This role will involve organising the engineering workshop so previous engineering experience would be essential. Previous exposure to SAP would be beneficial but strong communication skills are required for this position. The main purpose of this role is develop relationships with clients and offer quotations for repairs, upgrades and servicing of all equipment. Previous experience working with Valves would be desirable. Other duties in this role of Key Account Manager will include:

• Technical sales
• Creating quotes for clients
• Adding orders to SAP
• Achieving KPI's
• Liaise with internal staff on best practices
• Providing production schedules for customers
• Support in the workshop where required
• Continuous improvement methods
• Negotiating

The Successful Key account manager must:

• Have a good engineering background
• Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly numerate
• Have experience working with SAP
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
