Key Account Manager, Travel Retail - 12 Month Ftc The role:Accountable for total P&L, to meet budgeted sales and profit growth targets, manage sell-out and sell-in across designated account base. Develop and execute strategic plans in designated account base and deliver growth via the travel retail field team.What you will do:Account Management:Deliver sales, BP budget and KPI's and drive share of brand in nominated accountBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to maximize business growth and opportunities for the brandTotal account management approach including forecasting, stock management, sell in presentations etc.Travel Retail Field Team guidance & support:Build a solid relationship with Area Manager and with the sales consultantsBe the main source of information for Area Manager through constant communicationHelp set budgets, track sales and manage stock to ensure plans are executedHelp deliver TR team away days each year to present brand plans & channel updates to field teamClosely with marketing team to:Formulate brand strategies that will drive continued growth of the brand in travel retail.Drive strategic vision & execution for new product launchesMaximise range and planograms by location through regular range reviews and analysisMaintain the 12 month rolling TR activation calendarPromotions:Develop a strong annual promotional plan with designated accountPromotion/event site nominations and visual merchandisingMinimum display quantity set up and stock management throughoutPost activity analysis and reportingFull P&L Responsibility:Ownership of all spend within designated accounts including over seeing staffing budgetROI analysis and reportingPost Campaign AnalysisManage accruals and invoicing for account with support from FinanceWhat you will need:BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent2-3 years experience in an account management role or supporting roleStrong Negotiation skills and reasoning are key.Collaboration and teamwork are essential. Strong communication skills with field team and marketing is vital.Relationship builder with impact and the ability to influence both external and internal key stakeholders.Complete ownership and accountability for designated account.Ability to understand and analyse the market and sales data, along with a creative flair to generate and initiate ideas.Ability to understand strategic objectives of the business and develop / implement appropriate plans that deliver to targets set.Confidence in decision making and initiative to drive business area is key.Experience within the retail environmentExperience working with a field team is desirableUnderstanding/interest in luxury beauty#LI-EF1#LI-Hybrid
