The role will be based in Sharjah, UAE. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts in the Oil and Gas sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop targeted sales strategies and solutions.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
Prospect for new clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities, tracking progress and activities in CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Proactively address client issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive client experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on our products, services, and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles within the Oil and Gas industry.
Deep understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work
effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
