Key Account Freight Forwarding Coordinator - £30K- £32K - Burton-on-trent

A Freight Operator is required for a Global Freight Forwarders Key account office in Burton on Trent.

The Package:

£30K- £32K depending on experience
22 days increasing to 25 plus bank holidays.
Pension - (Company contribution 7.5%)
bonus scheme twice a year
EOTM £75 voucher
Awarded "Great place to work" in October
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 9-5

Key account Operator Role:

Effectively communicate Export/Import needs start to finish between the key account and the forwarding office.
An exceptional customer care standard at all times. Communicating daily on the phone.
Ability to build relationships
Invoice jobs on completion

Freight Coordinator Requirements:

Freight experience
Import or Export essential
Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
