Key Account Freight Forwarding Coordinator - �30K- �32K - Burton-on-trent

A Freight Operator is required for a Global Freight Forwarders Key account office in Burton on Trent.

The Package:

• �30K- �32K depending on experience
• 22 days increasing to 25 plus bank holidays.
• Pension - (Company contribution 7.5%)
• bonus scheme twice a year
• EOTM �75 voucher
• Awarded "Great place to work" in October
• Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 9-5
• Death in service

Key account Operator Role:

• Effectively communicate Export/Import needs start to finish between the key account and the forwarding office.
• An exceptional customer care standard at all times. Communicating daily on the phone.
• Ability to build relationships
• Invoice jobs on completion

Freight Coordinator Requirements:

• Freight experience
• Import or Export essential
• Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
• Operational skills
• Excellent Customer Service experience
