The Role:



First receiver for all incoming calls to the business building close relationships with all partners



Provide excellent customer experience for all callers whilst capturing enquiries and assisting sales process



Process sales and samples



Support RM, ASM & SAM with admin for a territory



Handle inbox overspill



Resolve any issues for customers/partners in the territory



Responsible for answering all incoming calls to the business



Actively open up and record any opportunities from customers for the territory and allocate to SAM



Process orders, sample, stock requests for territory



Provide technical advice FTR



Resolve any product issues or advise of changes to orders FTR 95%+



Pro-actively engage with visitors to the website on Live Chat messages



Investigate and process customer complaints and returns requests proactively



Activate Warranty requests for territory



Improve the quality of data in the CRM by updating contacts and data on Sales Force for territory



Continuously improve product/job knowledge/sales skills through learning opportunities
