The details
Job Title: Key Account Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £11.79 per hour
Duration: fixed term untill end of 2024, extension possible
What you will be doing:
Support customers across Europe including, UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordic regions.
Responding quickly to customer enquiries
Review and place customer orders onto ERP Systems
Take ownership of service complaints to create corrective and preventative actions
Proactively propose improvements to process
Prepare quotations
Who we are looking for:
Experience working within a fast-paced service role (Customer service, Sales, Support, Logistics or Supply Chain type environments)
High level of IT literacy
Excellent communications skills
Positive and proactive approach
Customer focussed mind set
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, diverse and multi-cultural environment
Team spirit
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis with a view to convert to permanent for the right candidate
This role is based in Gillingham, Dorset, once training is completed (Circa 3 months) there is an option for hybrid working – 2 days in the office, Mondays along with a day of your choosing.
