Whether you’re straight out of college, or university, we want to take on a Junior Web Designer to not only support the team but also grow and mold them, ready for the vital industry of web design and digital marketing. What you'll be doing Designing, building, and maintaining websitesAnalyse websites with an eye for detail, improving their usability and performanceDesigning basic design elements in the Adobe Suite where neededEffectively communicating closely with clients and other members of the teamWriting very basic code: HTML, CSS (we can show you the ropes if you’re not there yet!)Helping improve the websites of the SEO team’s clients Required Skills Experience in designing websites (even better if you’ve moved those designs forward into the development stage)Good understanding of graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS (don’t worry, you’ll learn more on the job!)Be able to take constructive criticism on your designs as our clients are sometimes very particular!Ability to work in an agile environmentCreative and open to new ideasAdaptable and open to picking up new skills About us We've been here since the early days of the internet, and our ideology has grown as fast as the internet.
