Junior Treasury Analyst

iFAST Global Bank Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior Treasury analyst (school leaver) to join our expanding team. As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our treasury operations and contributing to the overall success of our banking operations.In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cash management activities, analysing and reporting treasury transactions, monitoring liquidity and interest rate risks, and supporting other treasury functions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior treasury professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of treasury management in a fast-paced banking environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily cash positions and ensure accuracy of cash forecastsAssist in managing bank accounts and cash balances to optimize liquidityMonitor interest rate movements and evaluate potential risksSupport the execution and settlement of treasury transactionsAssist in preparing financial reports for management and regulatory requirementsAnalyze and reconcile treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper classificationCollaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAssisting with small auditsRequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial softwareExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of banking operations and treasury management principlesBenefits25 days annual leave entitlementPension scheme, 4% employer contributionPrivate Medical Insurance60-40 Hybrid working after successful probation period
